flank steak or beef roast
sliced 1/4 inch thick

salt

tsp
oregano

tsp
garlic powder

beef broth

Tzatziki Sauce

Greek yogurt

garlic
minced

red wine vinegar

Instructions
Beef Gyro Instant Pot Instructions
Add meat, liquids and seasonings to Instant Pot. Lock lid into place.
Turn the steam valve to sealing. Use the meat/stew preset cook time (30 minutes) Use a natural release.
Serve meat along with tzatziki sauce, tomato, cucumber and red onion in pita bread.
Beef Gyro Slow Cooker Instructions
Combine ingredients in your slow cooker. Cooking on high for 3 1/2 - 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
Tzatziki Sauce
Mix together ingredients. Serve it over the beef, topped with tomato, cucumber and red onion on pita bread

Slow Cooker Directions:
Place
meat, liquids and seasonings into slow cooker.
Put
on the lid.
Set
to high for 3 1/2 - 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
