226 oz. cans stewed tomatoes (I used diced tomatoes)
116 oz. can tomato sauce
216 oz. cans red kidney beans, undrained (optional at our house)
1pkg. taco seasoning
Instructions
Brown Hamburger and onion
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes
Top with grated cheddar cheese, Frito's or tortilla chips, sliced olives and sour cream
Notes
Slow Cooker Cooking Method: Cook the hamburger and onion on the stove top and then add everything into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3 hours.Instant Pot Cooking Method: Combine the ingredients in the Instant Pot. Use the soup setting (8 minutes) and then let the pressure release naturally.
