  • 2 medium firm bananas sliced
  • 2 C fresh blueberries
  • 2 C fresh raspberries
  • 2 C fresh strawberries sliced
  • 5 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp poppy seeds


  • Combine fruit in a large bowl
  • In a small bowl combine the honey, lemon juice and poppy seeds
  • Pour over fruit and toss to coat
