Individual Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 cans of refrigerated Grand Biscuits 8 to a can
  • 1/2 C butter melted
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Glaze

  • 1/2 C powdered sugar
  • enough milk to make a good drizzling consistency doesn't take much

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray muffin tins or line with cupcake wrappers
  • Combine 1/2 C sugar and 1 Tbsp cinnamon in a plastic baggie. Shake to mix.
  • Cut biscuits into 8 pieces each
  • Place biscuit pieces in sugar mixture and shake to coat.
  • Place biscuit pieces in muffin tin. 8 pieces to each muffin tin.
  • Mix together butter, brown sugar and 1 Tbsp cinnamon.
  • Drizzle 2 spoonfuls of mixture over each biscuit.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through.
  • Cool and then drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
