Add cookies to a blender or food processor and pulse until crumbs are formed. Place crumbs in a bowl.
In a medium size bowl using a hand mixer or the bowl of a stand mixer using the paddle attachment, mix together softened cream cheese and the cookie crumbs until well combined.
Shape mixture into 48 (1-inch) balls. Place balls on a cookie sheet and place in freezer for 10 min.
Place white chocolate in a bowl and melt in microwave. Stir often. You can also place them in a sauce pan or double boiler and melt them on the stove top. Watch closely and stir often.
Remove the Oreo balls from the freezer.
Using a fork, dip balls in melted chocolate until completely covered and then place then on in a single layer on a wax paper or parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with desired toppings right after dipping, before the chocolate sets. up
Return the dipped balls to the refrigerator for one hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Troubleshooting Tips:
Dipping chocolate is too thick: Add a small amount of vegetable oil or canola oil to it to get it a smoother consistency.
Chocolate hardens before you are done dipping: Just rewarm the chocolate in the microwave or on the stove top.
Oreo Cookie ball falls apart when dipping: Return the balls to the freezer and let them chill longer.
