Ingredients

sugar

whole milk

heavy whipping cream

half and half

root beer concentrate

meringue cookies
crushed
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together except for meringue cookies.
Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions
When ice cream has set up, stir in meringue cookie pieces and then store in freezer to harden.
Notes
I highly recommend using root beer extract and not root beer soda. you will not get the same root beer flavor with soda.
