Ingredients

Perfectly Pumpkin Cake Mix or flavor of your choice
1/2
C
butter
softened
1
egg
1
C
white chocolate chips plus some extra to sprinkle on top
1/2
C
cinnamon chips
1/2
C
chopped pecans
1/2
C
toffee bits
1 14
ounce
can of sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
In a bowl, combine cake mix, butter and egg. Mix until combined
Press mixture into the bottom of a foil lined, greased 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle with white chocolate chips, cinnamon chips and pecans.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top, covering evenly
Sprinkle with toffee chips
Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
I sprinkled a handful of white chocolate chips onto the bars the last five minutes of baking to make them look prettier.
Cool completely before cutting.
