  • 1 Perfectly Pumpkin Cake Mix or flavor of your choice
  • 1/2 C butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C white chocolate chips plus some extra to sprinkle on top
  • 1/2 C cinnamon chips
  • 1/2 C chopped pecans
  • 1/2 C toffee bits
  • 1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • In a bowl, combine cake mix, butter and egg. Mix until combined
  • Press mixture into the bottom of a foil lined, greased 9 x 13 pan
  • Sprinkle with white chocolate chips, cinnamon chips and pecans.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top, covering evenly
  • Sprinkle with toffee chips
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • I sprinkled a handful of white chocolate chips onto the bars the last five minutes of baking to make them look prettier.
  • Cool completely before cutting.
