Ingredients

grated apples
loosely packed, I use a green, tart apple

sugar

canola oil
or vegetable

cinnamon
Caramel Sauce
1/2
Cup
butter
1/2
Cup
evaporated milk or cream

Cup
brown sugar
1/2
Cup
white sugar
1 1/2
tsp.
vanilla
Instructions
Mix together eggs, sugar, apple and oil
Add in dry ingredients and stir until well mixed
Pour into greased 9 x 13
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
Caramel Sauce
Cook in saucepan over medium heat until melted and thickened
Serve over cake and top with whipped cream
