Add in the oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, vanilla and the milk
Mix and then fold in fruit of choice
Bake in a lightly greased 8 x 8 pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown
May be served with milk and more fruit on top!

Ideas for additional add ins: walnuts, pecans, raisins, chocolate chips, berries, bananas, mangos.Make ahead tips: Bake the oatmeal, cool completely, and store in the refrigerator for 5-6 days. You can reheat the whole thing or just one serving in the microwave. To rewarm in the oven, cover with foil and place in a 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes To freeze: Bake and cool completely. Cover tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge or at room temperature. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
