Ingredients
2
chicken breasts
boneless, skinless, cut into bite size pieces
1/2
lb.
green beans
2-3
Tbsp.
sesame oil
1
Tbsp.
minced ginger
3
tsp
garlic
minced

Tbsp
soy sauce
3
Tbsp
vinegar
1
tsp
chili paste
sesame seeds
Instructions
Mix together ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste
Steam green beans by placing them in a Ziploc baggie and microwaving on high for about 2 minutes until crisp tender and bright green
Heat 2 Tbsp. sesame oil in pan over medium heat
Sprinkle chicken with cornstarch. Add chicken into hot oil and cook through . Will be golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Remove chicken from pan
Add remaining oil to pan and add green beans. Stir until they begin to blister.
Add chicken back in and add in sauce. Stir to coat.
Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
