Instructions
Creamy Cilantro Dressing
Put all ingredients together in the blender and blend.
Cafe Rio Salad
Place tortilla on bottom of plate or tin
Layer rice, beans and sweet pork on top of tortilla.
Top with lettuce, tomato, guacamole, tortilla, strips cheese
Garnish with cilantro
Drizzle with dressing.
