Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is not only delicious but it's pretty too. A soft sugar cookie crust topped with a sweet cream cheese mixture and fresh fruit. Drizzle with some white chocolate for the finishing touch.

Ingredients

16.5 oz.
sugar cookie dough
Cream Cheese Layer
1
8 oz.
cream cheese
room temperature
1/2
tsp.
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
1/4
tsp.
lemon juice
fresh squeezed
Fruit
2
cups
Strawberries
sliced
1/2
cup
Blueberries

cup
Raspberries
1
cup
Mandarin Oranges
White chocolate
melted and drizzled
Instructions
Press cookie dough into a 12 inch round pizza pan, as evenly as possible. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-14 minutes.
Cool crust.
In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Spread on the top of cooled crust.
Add sliced fruit in a pretty pattern.
Melt white chocolate and drizzle over fruit. Enjoy!
Keep refrigerated if not serving immediately
