Ingredients

skinless
boneless chicken thighs or 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

soy sauce

ketchup

BBQ sauce
1/4

brown sugar

honey

onion
chopped

cloves
garlic

dried basil

Instructions
Place chicken into bottom of 6 qt slow cooker
Mix together all ingredients except for sesame seeds and green onion.
Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 4- 5 hours or high for 2.5 - 3 hours
Serve over rice
