Notes
Hamburger. I used a 90/10 blend of hamburger. You can use a higher fat but if you do you will want to place your meatloaf on some kind of rack as it cooks to keep the meatloaf from sitting in a puddle of grease as it bakes. You can also use a combination of hamburger and ground pork.
Breadcrumbs. I like to use regular breadcrumbs or Panko crumbs but you can also use smashed saltine crackers or even bread torn into small pieces and soaked in milk.
To freeze meatloaf, mix everything but the glaze together. Form mixture into mini loaves and then wrap individually in plastic wrap and foil. Freeze until ready to serve. Allow to thaw before baking.
