Thanks for all your help today! We made our own honeybaked ham knockoff with honey and OJ frozen concentrate (yummy) and your asparagus recipe (yummy) and your spinach and strawberry salad recipe (yummy). I bought the Litehouse Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing and it was great together. I joked that I’m not usually a fan of spinach or vinaigrettes, but I finished every piece on my plate! My parents brought a lemon meringue pie from Helen Bernhard and it melted in my mouth. What a great day! Thanks again.

I made the asparagus tonight for easter dinner. Delish! Definitely going into my vault of tried-and-true. Plus our company raved about it. Thanks!

Those potatoes sound delicious! I would love the recipe too! Strawberry and Spinach salad is my favorite…what kind of dressing do you use? I put pecans in mine and throw in a little feta cheese. I use a Raspberry vinegarette…yummy!

Ohhhh… when’s dinner?
I have to smile as we are doing a lot of the very same menu, only with different names. Whenever I use the term “funeral potatoes” to my friends, they are totally baffled. We call them cheesy potatoes.
Smiling too at your wonderful LARGE selection of desserts…. hehe. YUM

I’m not a big fan of ham either but we always have it on Easter because the others like it. I think I might do mine in the crockpot this year.
