I have been in Utah the last four days getting my daughters settled in their college apartment. They will be living together this summer and then in the Fall Tessa will move into the dorms.
I have forgotten how small those college apartments are, especially the closets. Let’s just say my girls have a LOT of stuff. They blame me.
We have spent a lot of time trying to organize and squeeze everything into their small space and made a lot of trips to Wal-Mart and Target in the last few days.
Their room doesn’t have any desks so we needed to come up with a way to set up a mini-office for them. Some place they could organize their papers and important information.
Fortunately for us, Pendaflex had sent me a box of great office organizing tools to try out so I brought them along to Utah.
Using the top of one of their dressers we were able to set up a little mini-office.
My favorite little organizational tool they sent was this great Pendaflex On the Go™Desk Top File.
It is totally portable so they can take it with them if necessary but it also stands up on the desk if needed.
It has 6 sections inside to hold files and supplies and a secret little sliding drawer at the bottom to hold pens, pencils.
The labels are erasable so if they change their mind it’s easy to fix!
We got a drinking glass from the kitchen and it filled with the fun and colorfulPileSmart™ Label Clips.
They also have write on labels and I think these may come in handy with their textbooks too.
If you want to Spring Free with Pendaflex they are having a contest right now!
