I spent the weekend finalizing my Thanksgiving dinner menu. Since I won’t be cooking in my own kitchen I need to make sure I am organized and prepared! I’ve got all my recipes printed off and my grocery list made. Want to know what we’re eating!?
We’ll start with a few appetizers. One of my favorite holiday appetizers is Cranberry Salsa. I lost track of how many times I made it last holiday season! Not only is it delicious but it is so pretty too!!
I’ll also be making a double batch of Spinach Artichoke Dip with Chopped Pecans. We’re feeding forty people so I need to make sure I have enough.
