Cowgirl Cookie Bark

Cowgirl Cookie Bark is a fun combination lots of flavors, colors and textures and a yummy treat for holiday gift giving. I am a fan of cookie and candy bark for holiday gifts.  I love cookies too but cookies are best eaten fresh, not five days later.  The best part of cookie/candy bark is it tastes great 5 or more days later too!  It is perfect for making ahead for holiday gift giving. I have shared a lot of different versions of cookie/candy bark over the years.  Reindeer Corn Cookie [Continue Reading…]

I wasn’t planning on it but we may have to call this Peppermint Week.  This is the second peppermint recipe of the week and there may just be one more before I’m done. No surprises here but it uses my favorite flavor combination of the season – white chocolate and peppermint.  I posted something white chocolate and peppermint yesterday too but I just can’t seem to get enough of  the flavor combination! I have made a few other versions of cookie bark before. I’ve had some fun creating different types [Continue Reading…]

Let me just tell you – that stuff is good!  If you love the crispy edges of the brownies you are going to go crazy over this stuff. So I couldn’t leave well enough alone and decided to try out Chocolate Chip Cookie Bark.  Let me tell you, it was pretty much a [Continue Reading…]

Red, White and Blue Cookie Bark

Cookie bark

Yes, I did it.  One more cookie bark. I think I now have a full years worth of holiday cookie barks. I couldn’t let the Fourth of July go by without it’s own version of cookie bark. I love the Fourth of July. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my ancestors came over on the Mayflower and I have relatives that fought in the Revolution War but I love America!! We usually spend the Fourth of July at the Oregon Coast with a bonfire and s’mores [Continue Reading…]

Bunny Cookie Bark

Bunny Cookie Bark

You’re not surprised are you? You knew I had to do it. I thought my cookie bark days were over but when my neighbor called to let me know there was Easter candy corn at the grocery store I had to do it – I had to make some Bunny Cookie Bark! I actually made two versions of Bunny Cookie Bark. For the first one I used the Golden Double Stuffed Oreos.  I combined that with some Easter M & M’s, vanilla almond bark, pretzels and some green sprinkles. I [Continue Reading…]

Lucky Leprechaun Cookie Bark

For more pretty and delicious be sure to follow me on Instagram! Usually I just ignore St. Patrick’s Day.  Maybe it’s my lack of Irish blood. So I was planning to just let it slip by again this year until during an email exchange with a blog reader we came up with the idea for some Lucky Leprechaun Cookie Bark! I really thought I was done with cookie bark. First there was Candy Corn Cookie Bark. Then there was Reindeer Corn Cookie Bark and at course at Valentine’s there was [Continue Reading…]
