If you need a fun treat idea for St. Patrick’s Day be sure and check out my Leprechaun Bark that I made last year.

And for dinner you might want to try Pesto Chicken and Roasted Asparagus.
And of course a nice Spinach Apple Salad would go perfectly too! Add in some thin slices of green apple for extra green (apples missing in the photo).
Hope your St. Paddy’s Day is a good one – best of luck to you!

Oohh, the cookie bark again! It is taking all my willpower not to dash out and make this! Yum!

Fun ideas! Thanks for sharing. I’m gonna have to make the asparagus. I’ve got some in the fridge just waiting for me to figure out what I’m going to do with them.

Great Ideas! I am definitely trying the asparagus and the spinach apple salad. The Pesto Chicken looks great too! My mom always cooks corned beef and cabbage with irish soda bread for St. Patrick’s Day.
