Hi,
I loved this recipe. It was great. Just one question. The chicken became very dry. I would love to have it a bit more juicy, like the one in your picture what should I do? Will adding a little oil along with marination help?

I’ve been eyeing this recipe for months and just finally got around to making it! Next time I think I’ll up the cayenne a little bit, but it was DELICIOUS! My husband and I both loved it.
