If you have never been to a Cirque de Soleil performance you are going to want to enter this giveaway! Everyone should experience Cirque de Soleil at least once in their life.
Dralion, the current Cirque de Soleil touring show will be performing in Portland in June and I have two tickets to giveaway to the opening night performance – Wednesday, June 15th. They will be performing at The Rose Quarter.
The giveaway will be open untilWednesday, June 1st at midnight PST.
To enter just leave a comment and let me know who you are taking with you (you can take me if you’d like too! I’ll buy dinner before hand) and if you have ever seen Cirque de Soleil perform before.

Fusing the 3000 year-old tradition of Chinese acrobatic arts with the multidisciplinary approach of Cirque du Soleil, Dralion draws its inspiration from Eastern philosophy and its never-ending quest for harmony between humans and nature. The show’s name is derived from its two emblematic creatures: the dragon, symbolizing the East, and the lion, symbolizing the West.
In Dralion, the four elements that govern the natural order take on a human form. Thus embodied, each element is represented by its own evocative colour: air is blue; water is green; fire is red; earth is ochre. In the world of Dralion, cultures blend, Man and Nature are one, and balance is achieved.

I would love to take my husband for our 50th wedding anniversary which we will celebrate on June 10th. We’re celebrating with a party for family and friends on June 4th. We have seen two other Cirque performances in Portland and loved each of them.
After seeing the ad on TV, I told my husband “Ohhhh, we should go.” But the tickets don’t fit our budget. This would be a wonderful date night for us. Thank you – love your recipes!

That will my last week of teaching high school and it sounds like a perfect celebration! My cute husband took me on surprise circus date when we first got married and this seems like a nice pay back.

Would love to celebrate the end of my daughter’s freshman year in high school by taking her to Dralion! We’re a lovely blend of dragon and lion as she was born in China and I’m from Oregon. Having mono right before finals is a challenge just now, but the 15th is the first night of summer break, and she can sleep the next day. How fun this would be for us . . . a treat, indeed!!!
