I’m on my laptop after 1:00 a.m. starving because your fried chicken looks so yummy. I’m craving fried chicken big time. I have three more of your recipes I’m anxious to try. This Fried Chicken, the Orange Chicken and General Tso’ Chicken with Green Beans. I’ve made your Cheese Enchiladas and that was a big hit, also tried shredded chicken with your Enchilada recipe. I made the Banana Bread with sour cream – yum. The recipes not only came out tasting delish, they also looked picture perfect. I follow your advice on frying the corn tortillas for 30 second each side – no tearing. I only had one bread pan for the banana bread so I made an extra batch using muffin pan and they came out looking their bakery best. I was so proud of myself. My hubby and children loved my new talent ~ thanks to you and your blog. I really love your recipes because almost all your ingredients are items I have in my pantry and your ingredients are not a mile long. Please keep on blogging, you are my new Dr. Laura Schlessinger.

Would love to have you try to make these. Seems interesting and would

I , too, have this book and am trying the pot roast tomorrow. Hopefully, it’ll be a winner. My hubby can’t wait for me to try the Marboro Man’s favorite sandwich. I plan to make that this week, too.

I met Ree when she came to Dallas and I have her cookbook as well.

I have yet to try a recipe that I did not like.

You’ve gotta make the cinnamon rolls. I made them as Christmas gifts and they were a hit!

What a yummy goal- to cook everything in her book in 2010. Enjoy!
