Pumpkin Dip

One of my favorite things to do with apples is to dip them into some kind of yumminess.

I especially love to dip my apples into this yummy apple dip. So good! You must try it.

Well I found another yummy combination – pumpkin and apples.

At my recent Mummies Night Out Party I served my favorite apple dip but I also served today’s recipe for pumpkin dip. The caramel dip is much sweater than the pumpkin dip so it was nice to have the balance and maybe, just maybe it is a bit healthier since there is pumpkin in it??

It would make a perfect appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner. I like to serve it with an assortment of apples – red, green, yellow. It makes for a prettier picture.

    Leigh Anne,
I just saw the weather report for ID. Looks like the whole state is in for a lot of snow. Safe travels to you and your family. I’m heading to Portland Mama for the pumpkin dip recipe. Happy Thanksgiving!
p.s. I’m envious of the snow. It’s 81 and humid here. Just doesn’t feel like Thanksgiving. :/

Just wondering if eighteen25 got back to you about the resolution problem you had…I did the same thing and just picked mine up from Costco and its fuzzy. :(

We live in Twin Falls and its not as bad here as they said it would be, but I’ve heard its pretty bad through Pocatello and Idaho Falls (my parents live in Rexburg.) Drive Safe!!!

Taking the time to say Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. And I’m praying for safe driving for you. There’s even ice and snow on Puget Island. I have a few muffin recipes to send you, maybe this weekend. Take care….
