I must say the Crash Potatoes hit the mark when it comes to me. My family and I love anything with the word 'potato' in it, and these are tasty, simple and can be dressed up or dressed down. 'Simple elegance' is what I am all about! I have to agree with so many. How do you pick one favorite. This cake made me love white cake. (Dark Dark choc is my fav). And it also made me gain 3 lbs Labor Day 2008. I don't even need the berries on it.
