I love my dark granite but yes I think it probably is a little harder to keep clean. If you have it sealed well though it helps and a good cleaner will keep a nice shine on it.

The pork roast & cookies look absolutely yummy!!! Your pictures are fantastic and so is your beautiful kitchen! I love your countertops and have a question about them. I’m saving to replace my countertops and read recently that the shiny dark granite is hard to keep looking clean and makes crumbs very noticeable. I would have thought the opposite but I’m wondering what your experience has been?
