ModBaby Headband Giveaway

by Leigh Anne on December 1, 2009

If you have ever seen a photo of my girls, one of them probably had a headband on.  My girls are crazy about fun headbands and Tessa wears one just about every day!  It is a must have fashion accessory around our house.

I am sure it is my fault that my girl’s love headbands so much.  When they were babies they always had a cute headband to match their outfit.  My husband was sure they were going to suffer from some sort of brain damage from all the headbands I made them wear!  No worries!

Today I would like to introduce you to Lisa over at ModBaby.  Lisa makes darling headbands and bows for big girls and little girls!

Tessa is the proud owner of one of her darling headbands, similar to the one Lisa is giving away today here on Your Homebased Mom.  Here’s the one Tessa has.

But first  I want to introduce Lisa to you.

Meet Lisa….

Lisa McINtyre  Hello!  My name is Lisa McIntyre.  I am the owner of ModBaby and a stay at home mom to two gorgeous and energetic little girls.  My husband and I were both full time college students when our daughters Grace and Lily were born, and we still are.  I have always had a passion for creativity and design.  When I started this business in 2004 as a website, I sold items from several different wholesalers.  As time went by I began to dabble in the idea of making my own items, rather than selling someone elses.  After  several months of serious thought  I shut down my website and re-opened as an Etsy shop with all of my own items! Inspiration comes from all different directions so I love to mix and match different materials and textures.  I use vintage lace, buttons, and fabric on many of my bows and headbands so they are always a little different and one of a kind pieces!  All of my items are hand cut and stitched to ensure the best quality

Lisa also does custom orders so if you have a specific outfit you need something for, just let her know!

Here are the two darling items Lisa is giving away to a Homebased Mom reader!!

I love this headband – it is very similar to the one my daughter has.

Giveaway - headband
and this cute little red satin cameo clip Giveaway - red bow

The winner will receive both!

Just leave a comment below to enter the giveaway and be sure to check out Lisa’s shop -ModBaby for some of your holiday shopping!

This giveaway will be open until Saturday, Dec. 5th at midnight PST.

My teenage daughter loves to do fun new things with her beautiful hair. This is something she doesn’t have! These are so unique and creative! I am proud of you for having a home based business that allows you to stay home and be a wife and mother. I stayed home for 20 years. We didn’t have much in material things, but our home was overflowing with love, hugs, kisses and a mother’s touch.
