I served the Key Lime Bars last night to dinner guests. They really liked them and asked for the recipe. Can’t stop eating the left overs. Oh dear!

I love lime, so these were right up my alley. They are so good! I love the addition of the nuts in the crust.

OK, just made the bars this weekend. I have to confess, that I am fairly certain that so far I have eaten MYSELF 1/3 of the entire 13×9 pan. Yes it is true! I have hidden them in the oven so that they would not dry out, but I really think I hid them there so I could eat the rest of the 2/3 left! I will never make these again UNLESS I have an event to take them to or will eat only one and then wrap them up “pretty” and give them away! They are to DIE FOR!
