Will someone please tell me how this cute, adorable, sweet baby girl….
grew up to be such a beautiful, amazing, fun loving college co-ed!!?!?
Today Cali turns 20! I am now the mother of 3 children in their twenties and only one teenager. How did that happen?
Cali, I wish I was there to celebrate with you and cook for you but this year the box full of surprises I sent will have to do. Your love for life and all that you do is an inspiration. Your tender heart and spirit are a blessing. There is never a dull moment when Cali is around and we so miss your energy and noise in our home!!
You are entering a new decade of your life. It will be an amazing and exciting one – I can’t wait to see what is in store for you and am grateful that I can be a part of it!
So today I will have to entrust you into the hands of your darling roommates…
and your loving brothers…
I love you sweet Calista Mary Wilkes! Your Mother

What a beautiful daughter you have! Congratulations on raising such successful children. They should feel blessed to have such a wonderful mother.
What a beautiful post. My daughter is 6 years old and also has 2 older brothers. I love the picture you have of all three of them!! Hopefully I can get one someday
Cali looks like a doll in her baby picture. From afar we thought it was a doll. Wow she is already 20!!! Beautiful young lady today!!

Cali has brightened the lives of so many this past 20 years. She is so dear. Happy birthday, Cali!
Cali has brought so much JOY into all of our lives. . . . .We well remember the phone call that the Jim Wilkes family had a baby girl–almost a rarity in the Wilkes line. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, dear Cali!
Oh how neat, I never realized her name was Calista! My sweet Grandmother’s name is Calista (and the other ironically is Mary) so that name has always been on my short-list when I’m pregnant (with plans of nick-naming Cali) but alas- I seem to only produce little men!
i’d love to know about your bike! where did you find it?
