Our son went through a stage he wanted green mac and cheese….didn’t do much for me, but he liked it. Easy enough to do, just add some green food coloring to a box of mac & cheese. But for one of my favorites, how about split pea soup?

most green veggies including brussell sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, but NOT celery. (unless it’s chopped really tiny)

roasted brussel sprouts, it is a treat when I get to cook these. I am the only one in my house who likes them.
