Today I am excited to introduce you to my friend Vickie. Vickie and I have been friends for a long time – more than 15 years! 
Vickie is a talented and amazing woman. She is a wife and mother of two in addition to being a professional photographer (she has taken our family photo twice, the first two photos in the post), she has run a successful direct sales business helping people create beautiful scrapbooks, is a knitter and for the last seven years has designed jewelry.
Vickie and I had lunch a few weeks ago and she surprised me with this amazing gift…

Vickie has recently opened not one, but two etsy shops where she sells her pretty things.
Her first shop Garden Diva is where you will find my pretty Chinese Game Bracelet and other amazing pieces. Vickie does beautiful wedding jewlery and will do custom orders too.
Her other shop, Blue Artichoke Designs, features chic, quality, and affordable jewelry all for under $20.00!!! Now that is my kind of price. I have a list going of all the wonderful pieces I want for myself. Guess I better get it to Santa!

I love the Peekaboo Antique Brass Earrings. And the Amber Fall Bracelet. And the Smiling Pumpkin necklace. One? Are you kidding? They are all darling. One of my favorites – if I had to pick one – is the Bold and Beautiful bracelet.

I have to tell everyone that I ordered a pair of earrings on Monday evening after I read this post. Vickie mailed them on Tuesday and I received them today! They were in a darling box with pretty ribbon, and they were so inexpensive. I will definitely visit Vickie’s sites again.

It arrived quickly, beautifully boxed and wrapped w/ care (& love & pride)…I felt like it was my birthday present to me when I opened it! Of course, I saved all the wrappings!
