Karen,
Your friend may have gotten her reference to "frogs" from Brian Tracy's book "Eat That Frog!" It's a great book on overcoming procrastination and how we need to learn to focus on the most important tasks (the frogs) and learn to eat the frogs first.

I keep a green, glass frog on my desk to remind me to "Eat That Frog" each day - tackling the most challenging task of my day.
Thanks!

I get 2 power hours a week - while my little guys are at preschool! I am always amazed what I get done when I only have to keep track of myself and my thoughts. It always feels great to scratch a bunch of things off the to do list. My friend calls the nagging things "frogs." I think because they jump from to -do list to to-do list over and over again!
