Made this pretty amazing pie for a dinner party we went too. Can’t wait to share the recipe with you on Tuesday! I mean AMAZING!!
Met a friend at Starbucks and was inspired by her pretty watercolor. She and I are taking a class on Saturday! My first time to watercolor since college – 30 years ago!

A trip to the fabric store for lots of pretty new fabric – thinking a baby quilt!
March 13 – Day 68
I made a pretty big mess on my kitchen table getting ready for the cast party!! Details soon on the party blog as soon as I recover!
March 14 – Day 69
My first watercolor attempts. Pretty? I guess not too bad for my first time in 30 years!! A flower and some peppers.
What pretty things did you find this week??

Love the crocus.. maybe Spring will get here after all.
One of the prettiest things that I found this week, was my vase of pink tulips sitting on my kitchen window sill and the snow falling softly outside behind the vase.
Have a great week.
Love the crocus. It would make nice notecards, do you ever do that?
It took me half the day to find my kitchen and family room, putting away all traces of the show and the party. What a week!
I am super impressed with your painting and I can’t wait to read about the cast party.
Wow, I really like your watercolor! I always thought watercolors were impossible . . . not that I know anything about any other kind of paint, though. Or paint in general. I just pretend.
I’m so excited for your pie recipe – it looks so yummy! I love the photo from your photography assignment – and I love the fabric choices together! It’s inspiring me to make a baby quilt myself. Thanks again for sharing your pretty week. I love seeing your photos every week.
Love the flower photos!!
So excited that you’re joining the watercolor journey with me.
Your paintings are beautiful!! You’re one talented lady!!!!! Love the fabric too..pretty pretty!!!
Leigh Anne,
Photography, painting, cooking, sewing…you are an artist on all levels!
