If you live at a high elevation remember to add a 1/2 cup more liquid. Against my better judgment I didn’t add any extra and only half of the rice cooked.
Otherwise the flavor was excellent. I made burritos out of the rice and Costa Vita Chicken and even my 2yo loved it…..
