This looks yummy I have something similar in my crockpot right now: crockpot French Dip. You shred the beef, put it on French rolls, then dip it in the liquid it cooked in (2 c. water, 1/2 c. soy sauce, and some spices). Yum. I’m happy to have discovered your blog and am looking forward to poking around some more.

I had brisket for the first time when we moved to TX. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I will defiantly be trying this!
