Several weeks ago I shared a recipe from a new cookbook Emeril at the Grill: A Cookbook for All Seasons
The publisher had sent me a copy of the cookbook to preview and share a few of the recipes here on the blog. They also agreed to give me a second copy so I could do a giveaway with one. I love mine so much I didn’t want to give it up!

We are enjoying 80 degree weather here in Portland so it is definitely grilling weather. I will be sharing another recipe from the cookbook on Wednesday so stay tuned and be sure and enter the giveaway!!!

Oh I have to narrow it down?! haha – I LOVE grilling. Chicken, hamburgers, steak, fruits, veggies – I even tried Angel Food cake once – it turned out pretty good. You only leave it on there for a minute each side and then grilled peaches…mmmmm
For the last 4 weekends in a row – we have grilled jalapeno poppers. Cannot get enough of them! Thanks for all of your great recipes and ideas. Keep up the good work!

Can’t say just one…it’s a toss up between barbecued chicken (black and crispy) and spare ribs with my special homemade sauce. Mmmm!

Corn on the cob is my favorite thing to grill–My favorite thing for my husband to grill is chicken–he buys a whole chicken separates and marinates it–and it comes out yummy and so juicy.
Grilled chicken breasts.
My family loves a veggie kabobs… onions, peppers, eggplant, squash, zucchinni, tomatoes, mushrooms… we just baste with a little olive oil, salt and pepper!

A T-bone steak is my favorite thing to grill.
I love to grill and grill many different things but my favorite food to grill is a nice marinated flank or flat iron steak.
I love anything on the grill.. YUMMY! especially a good juicy burger or some baby back ribs falling off the bone.. delicious!
Steak is my favorite although we’re more on a chicken budget. But chicken is great too!
